Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on May 11, 2023. There were 11 children (34 points) with 3 caregivers supervising. The home, children's records, caregiver's records, household member records, evacuation records, first aid certifications, attendance logs, cribs, nap mats and first aid supplies were reviewed. The children were observed playing outside and playing inside with floor toys. Areas of non-compliance were cited on the Violation Notice.
