Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection and complaint investigation was conducted on August 29 2022 between 10:45am and 12:15pm. On July 8 2022 the Fairfax Licensing Office received a complaint regarding forbidden actions. Based on interviews, and observation the complaint is deem NOT VALID.

A review of children's records, staffing records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, the physical plant, and the menu was conducted.
