Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on November 1 2023 between 10:00am and 11:15am. There were 93 children in the direct care of 15 staff members. Children were observed participating in Montessori work, hand washing, preparing for lunch, and playing outside on the playground. A sampling of staff and child records was reviewed. Emergency supplies, emergency drills, handwashing, first aid kit, diapering and the physical plant was observed and inspected. Citations are listed on the violation notice.
