Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, document review and a virtual tour of the program.

A virtual monitoring inspection took place on 02/08/2022 and concluded with a virtual record review on 02/10/2022. There were 16 children, ages 4 years-11 years, and 3 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plants, programs, emergencies and nutrition. A total of 2 children?s records and 2 staff records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
