Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 01/17/2023. An additional virtual record review was conducted on 01/23/2023. There were 14 children, ages 5 years- 11 years, and 5 staff members providing direct supervision present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies and special services. The children were observed during mealtime, individual activities and large motor activities. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: fire inspection, meals and menus. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, and 5 Officer/Agent records were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 3:30 pm and departed at 4:30 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspections determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
