Inspector Notes
A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 08/30/2023 and concluded with an electronic record review on 09/1/2023. There were 12 children, ages 4 years- 10 years, and 2 staff members providing direct care present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed during physical activity and homework time. A total of 5 children?s records, and 2 staff records were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: children?s records, attendance, a fan, and staff emergency contact. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 2:50 pm and departed at 3:50 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
