An unannounced inspection was initiated on 11/07/2025 and completed on 1/20/2026 with a local agency, in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on 11/03/2025 relating to allegations in regards to the Religious Exempt requirements, Administration, Staffing and Supervision and Special Care Provision and Emergencies . This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation(s); therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
