During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed. Inspector Notes
An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on January 27, 2025. The on-site inspection began at 10:00 am and ended at 1:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 70 children present and 15 staff. The inspector reviewed 7 children?s records and 7 staff records on-site. This inspection included a tour of the facility, interviews, observations, and document review.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Violations
7There was no physical examination in the record of child #2, who had been enrolled for three years.
Staff #1 had no documentation of a negative tuberculosis screening and has been employed for one year and five months.
Staff #5 updated screening was due 1 year ago and Staff #6 updated screening was due 3months ago. The updated screenings have not yet been completed.
Staff #1, staff #2, staff #3 and staff #4, who is working with children, has not yet completed this course.
Medication for Child #9 was onsite without a medication authorization in the child?s record.
In the Bumblebee classroom, there were 9 water bottles not dated and labeled in a way that identified the owner.
1. Child #8, who has been enrolled for one month, has a diagnosed food allergy and did not have a written care plan in their file.
