Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted with the director on December 18, 2023, beginning at 8:40am and ending at 10:22am. There were 80 children, ages 3 months through 5 years old, in the care of 15 direct care staff. The children were observed playing with toys, doing circle time and practicing for holiday performances. Six children?s records were reviewed and in compliance. Four staff records were reviewed. The first aid kit, flashlight, and battery-operated radio were observed and in compliance. Five medications were reviewed and in compliance. The menu, daily attendance, and emergency drill log were reviewed. The most recent evacuation drill was documented as 11/15/2023. The most recent shelter-in-place drill was documented as 8/3/2023. The most recent lockdown drill was documented as 8/29/2023. The most recent health inspection was dated 6/9/2023. The most recent fire inspection was dated 6/15/2023.
