Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was completed on site 04/14/2022. There were 7 children directly supervised by the 3 staff. Children were observed arriving into care, playing games, painting and dancing.

A sample of child information, staff member information, emergency preparadmess planning, drills and supplies were reviewed. Medication administration policies and trainings were also reviewed.

No violations were cited at the time of the inspection.
