Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was conducted on September 25, 2023 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. This inspection began at 8:35am and ended at 10:15am. There were 3 staff with 20 children in 2 rooms at the time of the visit. Children were observed engaged in small group activities, reading books, building with Legos, and other age-appropriate materials and toys. Children's files, emergency preparedness procedures, fire drill log were reviewed. The physical plant was inspected. There were two medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
