Inspector Notes
A Subsidy Health and Safety monitoring inspection was initiated on September 5, 2024 and completed on September 5, 2024 to review supplemental health and safety requirements. The on-site inspection began at 8:15 a.m. and ended at 8:55 a.m. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 32 children present and 3 staff. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 3 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility and observations. There were 3 medications on site at this time. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations were found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection requirements.
