REPEAT VIOLATION
Any child for whom emergency medications have been prescribed shall always be in the care of a staff member.
Child #7 has been prescribed an emergency medication. Child #7 was present at the center on the day of the inspection and was not in the care of a staff member who has completed the Medication Administration Training (MAT). There were three staff working at the center and none of the staff have a current MAT certification.
