Inspector Notes

A complaint investigation concerning parental involvement and communication was initiated on 07/31/2023 from a report received by the Fairfax County Licensing office on 07/27/2023. The inspection was conducted on 07/31/2023, in the afternoon between 1:05 pm and 2:25 pm, and completed on 08/07/2023. The inspection included interviews with the management team and children?s records were inspected. The preponderance of evidence does not support the allegations and the complaint has been deemed not valid. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the violation notice.
