Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contacts, documentation review, and virtual tour of the program.
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on February 25, 2022 beginning a 11:10 a.m. with the provider. A virtual tour of the program was conducted. Two children were present, ages seven months and four years of age for a total of six points under the care and supervision of the provider. A four year old was observed having free play and the seven month old was observed during nap. Two children's records and one staff record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable laws or regulations. No violations were issued.
