Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 10:45 a.m. with the provider. There was one infant in care, total 4 points with the provider. Childcare areas and materials and supplies were observed.

Provider training was reviewed. The provider completed 16 hours of training for the license year. CPR and First Aid training are current. One staff file and three children's records were reviewed.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
