Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 10/31/2022 from 9:25am to 10:15am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 3 children ages 9 months to age 14 years old (8 points) present with the Provider. The programming area, outdoor play area, menus, Provider record, 3 children?s records, attendance, emergency drills, and emergency supplies were reviewed. There was no medication onsite. Children were observed eating. The provider was current in CPR and First Aid certification.

A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
