Inspector Notes

A Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 11/29/2023 from 10:15am to 11:15am to review supplemental health and safety requirements. There were 4 children ages 10 months to age 2 years old (11 points) with the Provider. The programming area, attendance, menus, Provider record, 4 children?s records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. There were no medications on site. The outdoor area was not inspected due to the weather. Children were observed participating in Television time, free play and snack. Handwashing procedures were also observed. The Provider had current certification in CPR and First Aid training.
A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
