The programming area, attendance, outdoor playground area, menus, Provider record, 4 children?s records, emergency drills, emergency supplies, and policies were reviewed. Children were observed participating free play. The Provider had a current certification in CPR and First Aid training. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
