A code compliance inspection was initiated and concluded on 5/1/2023. There were 82 children present, ranging in ages from 3 to 5, with 9 staff supervising, 1 volunteer, and 2 administrators. The inspector reviewed compliance in background checks and requirements for child day centers operated by religious institution exempt from licensure. A total of 7 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on inspection and interview with staff, the center has not established and implemented procedures for a daily simple health screening and exclusion of sick children by a trained person.
