An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 11/29/2022 at 2:25 p.m. in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding diapering, care of children and incident/injury reports.
Staff interviews were conducted. Documentation was reviewed. Classroom observation conducted.
Based upon the preponderance of the evidence collected during the investigation, the complaint regarding diapering, care of children and injury reports was determined to be not valid.
