An unannounced complaint investigation was initiated on 1/31/2023 at 1 p.m. in response to a complaint received by the licensing office regarding supervision.
Staff interviews were conducted. Documentation was reviewed. Classroom observation conducted.
Based upon the preponderance of the evidence collected during the investigation, the complaint regarding supervision was determined to be not valid.
