A complaint investigation was conducted regarding an allegation of behavioral guidance and forbidden action. The investigation was conducted with the director on August 21, 2023 beginning at 11:00am and ending at 1:40pm. Six staff interviews were conducted. Classroom observations and facility documentation was reviewed. The allegations of behavioral guidance and forbidden action were unable to be substantiated due to insufficient corroborating evidence.
