A complaint investigation was conducted on 6/17/22 at the center. After reviewing all the available information and interviews with staff, the complaint is deemed valid. The center failed to use behavior guidance that is constructive in nature and age and stage appropriate.
Evidence: During activity time at around 4:30 on June 10th a child in the two year old group was observed not sharing toys during group play. The staff was observed talking to the child and then the staff member grabbed the child by the writs and lifted him up and moved him to a different area.

Plan of Correction: I will talk to the staff and have a training regarding appropriate behavior guidance as well as observation in the classroom.
