Inspector Notes

A complaint inspection was conducted on 5/10/2023 in response to a complaint received on 4/28/2023. The complainant alleged that children's injuries were not reported to parents. Also alleged was the use of unqualified caregiver assistants. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staffing and supervision, special care and emergencies. The investigation included review of documentation and caregiver interviews.

A preponderance of Information gathered during the investigation did not determine non-compliance with applicable standards or law and no violations were cited.
