An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated on January 7, 2025 and completed on January 14, 2025 in response to a self-report received by the licensing office on November 8, 2024 relating to operational responsibilities and nutrition. The inspector reviewed 5 children?s records and 2 staff records on site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
