Inspector Notes

This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate protocol, including telephone contacts, documents review, interviews and a virtual tour of the home and outdoor play area.

The provider has submitted documents to change the business entity of the FDH from an individual to the corporation, Harris Family Daycare, Inc.

An initial inspection was conducted on 07/19/2023 from 1:00 pm - 1:55 pm. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were 10 children present, ranging in age from 23 months - 4 years, with 2 caregivers. The ages of the children in care counted for a total of 21 points. The inspection reviewed records for 2 new children in care, 2 caregivers and 2 household members.

The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
