Inspector Notes
An in-person renewal inspection was conducted on July 8, 2022 from 10:00am to 11:00am. There were 3 children present with 1 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Children were observed reading books, walking outside, and an infant was observed sleeping. A total of 3 child records, 1 staff record and 4 household members were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
