Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 02/22/2024 between the hours of approximately 11:00 am and 12:00 pm. There were 6 children present, ranging in ages from 6 months to 3 years, with 2 caregivers supervising. Children were observed while playing with toys and eating lunch.
The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. There were no medications on site today. A total of 6 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program. 1) At the time of entrance, 6 children were in care in the fdh. No attendance record was available for review to document the children that were in care.
