Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and concluded on 8/3/2022. The inspector was on site from 9:00 am-10:15 am. There were 6 children in care ranging in age from 3-5 years with 1 caregiver. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, household members, physical environment and equipment, care of children, emergencies, caregiver training, preventing the spread of disease and nutrition.
A total of 5 child records, 1 caregiver record and 2 household member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
