Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 11/9/2023 in regards to a self report that the department received on 10/20/2023 and 10/23/2023 regarding allegations in the areas of written information for parents, operational responsibilities and care of children with special needs. An additional related reporting was received on 10/30/2023. The inspector was on site on 11/9/2023 from approximately 10:37 am-11:20 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration and care of children. One child record was reviewed.

The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the self-report is determined to be not valid. There are no violations resulting from this inspection.
