Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 1/8/2024. The inspector was on site from approximately 11:05 am to 12:02 pm. There were eight (8) children in care ranging in age from two (2) to five (5) years with one (1) caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, household members, physical environment and equipment, care of children, emergencies, caregiver training, preventing the spread of disease and nutrition. A total of five (5) child records, one (1) caregiver record and two (2) household member records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
