Inspector Notes

A monitoring inspection was conducted on 8/1/2022 from 9:55AM to 12:45PM. 55 children were directly supervised by 16 staff. The physical space, a sampling of children's records, new staff records, evacuation drills, the Emergency Preparedness Plan, medications, the menu, attendance and required posted documents were reviewed. The infant area was inspected and bottles were labeled appropriately, in compliance with the Standards. Children were observed engaging with the staff and playing with age appropriate materials. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
