Inspector Notes
This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, necessary due to a state of emergency health pandemic declared by the Governor of Virginia.
A renewal inspection was conducted on 6/15/21 with an exit interview on 6/16/21. The provider was contacted by telephone and a virtual inspection was conducted. There were seven children present, ranging from two months to eleven years of age, for a total of 12 points. The Inspector reviewed two children's records, two caregiver/household member records, the emergency drill log, safe sleep, nutrition and daily activities for infants, transportation, and summer field trips. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
The Licensing Inspector has reviewed with the provider COVID-19 Essential Guidance for Child Care programs. If you have further questions about this inspection please contact Donna Liberman at 540-359-5244 or Donna.Liberman@dss.virginia.gov.
