Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 10:45 a.m. There were no children in care, so not all standards could be reviewed. Childcare areas and supplies and materials were observed. Emergency supplies were observed.
Two children's records, one provider record and four household member records were reviewed. The provider completed 18 hours of annual training for the license year.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliances with applicable standards or laws and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
