Inspector Notes

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted beginning at 10:50 a.m. and ending at 12:00 p.m. with the provider. One child arrived during the inspection, age 5 for a total of 1 point. The child engaged in free play activities during the inspection. Childcare areas were observed and a walkthrough of the home was conducted.

The provider completed 19.5 hours of training for the license year. Three household member records, one provider record and three children's records were reviewed. Emergency drills were reviewed and up to date.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
