Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 12/13/23 from 9:05am to 10:05am with the provider. There was one three-year-old child in care, for a total of two points. The child was observed waking from a nap, having free play, washing hands, and eating a snack of chicken nuggets, apples, and water. Three child records, the provider record, three household member records, and two pet records were reviewed. The provider has current certification in CPR and First Aid. The provider reported that they do not give medication and understand that they must obtain certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) in order to give medication. Required postings, the emergency drill log, attendance, and menu were also reviewed.
