Inspector Notes

An unannounced Subsidy Health and Safety Inspection (SHSI) was conducted on 12/13/23 from 9:05am to 10:05am in conjunction with a monitoring inspection (see that inspection report for details). The two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. One caregiver record was reviewed for documentation of current certification in First Aid and CPR. The provider reported there are no children currently enrolled with diagnosed food allergies. The last lockdown drill was documented on 4/4/23.
