Inspector Notes

A complaint regarding notifying parents when the center has an outbreak of a communicable disease was investigated on 12/1/23. The center notifies parents via the app used at the center.
Reviewed notifications and the center did sent out notifications. The complaint was found to be not valid. Discussed with staff that it would be good to post the information on the door to the center or sent it out to all the parents at the center, not just the room where the illness has occurred. The ongoing compliance with the standards is the responsibility of the center.
