Inspector Notes
A renewal inspection was conducted on 5/25/22 from 10:35am until 11:45am. At the time of entrance, there were 11 children in care, for a total of 27 points, with the provider and two assistants. A sample of 5 children's records and 3 provider/household member/assistant records were reviewed. Children were observed engaging in singing songs and dancing and eating lunch. Toileting and hand washing procedures and lunch service were also observed. First aid and emergency supplies, the emergency preparedness plan, documentation of emergency practice drills and family day home postings were reviewed. The provider stated there have been no accidents or injuries to children in care since the last inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
