Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today from 11:00 am until 11:30 am. There were 5 children directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The home, 2 caregiver records, 4 children?s records, 1 household member record, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed participating in a learning activity. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
