Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site code compliance inspection was initiated and completed on 12/04/2024. The on-site inspection began at 10:21 am and ended at 11:30 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 55 children present with 15 staff. The inspector reviewed no children?s records and 4 staff records on-site. This inspection included document review, tour of the facility, interviews and observations.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

The center is required to obtain background checks from any state in which the individual has resided in the preceding five years.

Staff A, employed for more three months, did not have documentation of requesting a criminal history check from two different states.
Plan of Correction: The searches will be submitted right away. Moving forward all background searches will be submitted prior to employment.
