Inspector Notes
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 9/12/2022 between 10:30am and 12:00pm. There were 12 children present with the Provider and 2 Assistants for a total of 28 points within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed engaging in water play activities outside. Positive interactions were observed during this inspection. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children, household members, and staff records, evacuation drills, and attendance were observed during this inspection. Thank you for your cooperation.
