Inspector Notes

An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 3/26/2024 from 9:00 am to 9:45 am. There were 12 children (32 points) supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 3 caregivers records, 4 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed in circle time and tabletop activities. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
