Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring/renewal inspection was conducted today from 9:00 am to 9:35 am. There were 12 children directly supervised by 2 staff. The home, 1 2 staff records, 1 household member record, and 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and were inspected. There were no medications on site today.
Children were observed playing freely and resting. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
