Inspector Notes
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 21, 2023 approximately 1:35 pm to 2:15 pm. There were no children in care. The physical plant, 2 staff records, 2 children's records, no medications on-site to review, evacuation drills were reviewed,
There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for the children in care. The provider had closed the family day home for the holidays.
No violations of the supplemental subsidy health and safety requirements were found.
