This inspection was conducted by licensing staff using an alternate remote protocol, including telephone contact, document review, and a virtual tour of the program.
A monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/19/2021. The provider was contacted by phone and a virtual inspection was completed. There were 4 children present at the time of the inspection directly supervised by the provider. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, special care and emergencies and nutrition. Provider, household member and child records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
