During the inspection, the inspector reviewed the areas listed above to include standards found out of compliance during the previous inspection. Unless otherwise noted as a violation within this inspection report, the provider was in compliance with the standards reviewed.

Inspector Notes

An unannounced, on-site monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 11/14/2024, as a part of the licensure period, The on-site inspection began at 9:45 am and ended at 10:45 am. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas listed above. There were 10 children present and 2 caregivers. The inspector reviewed 3 children?s records and 2 caregiver/household member(s) records [on-site]

This inspection included: document review, tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.

Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Standard 8VAC20-800-180-A
A tuberculosis (TB) screening is required every two years from the last screening. An updated screening for caregiver #1 was not completed and was overdue by three weeks.
Plan of Correction: I will have her do it this week.
