Inspector Notes
A monitoring inspection was conducted on 6/16/2022 with the provider. There were 3 children present, ranging in ages from 3 years to 4 years, with 1 caregiver supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of 3 child records and 1 caregiver record were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
