Inspector Notes
The licensing inspector conducted a health and safety inspection on Friday, October 14, 2022. The inspection begin at 9:45 AM and concluded at 11:30 AM. The children were observed completing a coloring sheet. Today, there were five children, totaling 12 points, present with one caregiver. The inspector observed the inside and outside play areas, kitchen, and restroom. Five children?s records, and one caregiver?s record were reviewed during the inspection. Last emergency drill: 9/2/22 and Shelter-in-place drills: 4/2022.
A licensing inspection was also conducted this date; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards are reviewed during this supplemental inspection. There were no violations found during the supplemental subsidy health and safety inspection.
